I'm cutting out caffeine. I decided to go cold turkey. We will see how well this works.
My therapist session today went well. We worked on overcoming my stigma of being a failure. I have to realize that just because I haven't met certain people's expectations of me, I have accomplished a lot and I will accomplish more. We started making a 5 year plan for me to get my life settled and positive financially and career and family wise.
We have two dogs. Two Siberian Huskeys in the Texas heat. They are good dogs though and they bring a lot of joy and fun into our lives. We run with them and they love that. Mine helps calm me. I highly recommend a trained dog for everyone with bi-polar. They give you a reason to get up in the morning and keep going.
